Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of tipsterlab.io (the "Site"), operated by Nación Cervecera, S.A. de C.V. ("TipsterLab," "we," "us"), with address at San Carlos 301, Fracc. San Isidro, San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico, C.P. 66413. By using the Site, you accept these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

The Site provides sports data, informational odds, statistics, analysis and entertainment content. When you use a link to a betting operator, the wagering transaction is carried out and completed entirely on that operator's platform, under its own terms and license. TipsterLab is not a party to that transaction.

2. Affiliate relationship

We may receive a commission when you register or bet with an operator through links on our Site. This is at no additional cost to you and does not influence the information we publish. Affiliate links are identified as such.

3. Minimum age and geographic restrictions

Betting content is intended only for persons of legal betting age in their jurisdiction (18, or 21 where local law requires) and only for jurisdictions where betting and its promotion are legal. You are responsible for complying with the applicable law in your location. Where we cannot offer betting content in accordance with local law, it will not be shown.

4. User-generated content (tipsters)

Predictions, analysis and content published by tipsters are the responsibility of the person who publishes them and are offered for informational and entertainment purposes only. By publishing content, the tipster represents that it is lawful and truthful and grants TipsterLab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it on the platform. TipsterLab may moderate, edit or remove content. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or any outcome.

5. Not financial advice or a guarantee of winnings

Nothing on TipsterLab constitutes financial, investment or betting advice. Terms such as "value bet" express an opinion, not a promise. Betting involves the risk of total loss of money. We do not promise or guarantee winnings.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

Odds and statistics data are shown for informational purposes. The trademarks, logos and names of leagues, teams and operators belong to their respective owners. TipsterLab is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, team or sports organization. The Site's own content (brand, design, text) belongs to TipsterLab.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, and not to extract or reproduce its content in bulk without authorization.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipsterLab will not be liable for losses or damages arising from betting decisions made based on the Site's content, or for the content, offers or services of third-party operators.

9. Responsible gambling

Betting should be entertainment, not a source of income. Bet only what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being entertainment, seek help. See our responsible gambling section.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; we will publish the current version at tipsterlab.io/terminos with the last updated date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current version.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Monterrey, Nuevo León, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
