Privacy Notice

Nación Cervecera, S.A. de C.V. ("TipsterLab," "the Controller"), with address at San Carlos 301, Fracc. San Isidro, San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico, C.P. 66413, and contact email hola@tipsterlab.io, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, the EU GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA where applicable. We are committed to minimal data collection and full transparency about its use.

1. Personal data we process

Data you provide: username (@username), email address and, optionally, WhatsApp number, when you join the waitlist or contact us.

Date of birth: when you create your account, or at your next login if you already had one, we ask for your date of birth for the sole purpose of verifying that you are 18 or older. It is stored privately, does not appear on your public profile and cannot be changed once confirmed; to correct it, email hola@tipsterlab.io. If the date shows that you are a minor, we do not keep it: we only record that the account was blocked.

Data collected automatically: IP address, device identifiers, browser type and operating system, pages visited, session duration, referral source and interaction data, used for analytics, security and fraud prevention.

Affiliate click data: when you click a link to an operator, we record the click event (timestamp and destination operator) for commission attribution. We do not receive your betting account details, history or financial information from any operator; we receive only aggregate commission data. We do not collect payment information. We do not process sensitive personal data.

2. Purposes of processing

Primary (necessary for the service): manage your waitlist registration and referral program; create and administer your account; verify that you are of legal age; send operational communications; attribute affiliate referrals; provide security and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations.

Secondary (require your consent): promotional communications, news and marketing; analytics and product improvement.

You may object to the secondary purposes by emailing hola@tipsterlab.io with the subject "Limit use." Your refusal will not be grounds to deny you the services.

3. Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on your consent, given when you register and accept this notice, and where applicable on the contractual relationship and legal obligations. If the purpose changes, we will obtain your consent again. For EU/UK users (GDPR), the legal bases are consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, service improvement) and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Transfers, processors and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. To operate the service we share it with processors acting on behalf of and under the instructions of the Controller: infrastructure, hosting, database, email and analytics providers (among them Supabase, Vercel and Resend), some located outside Mexico (the United States and others), under confidentiality obligations. We also share with affiliate networks and operators only click/attribution data (not your personal account information), and with authorities when required by law. These communications to processors do not constitute transfers requiring your consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

5. ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), withdraw your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data. To exercise them, send your request to hola@tipsterlab.io indicating: your name and a means to receive a response, documents proving your identity, a clear description of the data, and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

6. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by the same means. Withdrawal may mean we can no longer provide you the service.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences (such as language), measure audience and attribute affiliate clicks. Non-essential cookies (analytics, attribution) are used with your consent where required by law. You can manage your preferences from the site's cookie banner and your browser.

8. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

9. Authority

If you consider that your right to data protection has been violated, you may turn to the competent authority (currently Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno).

10. Additional rights based on your location

EU / EEA / Spain (GDPR): you additionally have the right to data portability and restriction of processing, and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD); international transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, access and delete your personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising it. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising within the meaning of the CCPA.

11. Minors

The Site is intended only for people of legal betting age in their jurisdiction (18+, or 21+ where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. Accounts whose date of birth shows they are under 18 are blocked, and that date is not stored.

12. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data protected.

13. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice; we will publish the current version at tipsterlab.io/privacidad with the last updated date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
